Keeping the back clean

Hi, sorry if this has been asked many times before, but anyone got any suggestions for keeping the back of my van clean when it's full of muddy mountain bikes? Was thinking of a simple hook and tarpaulin setup, but all suggestions appreciated!

it has ;)
the search function returned this thread, which i think should help/what you're looking for?

No hadn't seen them, cheers Priced up the suggestion from Trouts and it was £115 including tailgate cover. Might go with that as it saves fiddling about with 4 bikes into their bags (the tarpaulin I used yesterday did the trick, but isn't the long term solution my wife is looking for!!)

Good shout, cheers Saw some fellas using something like this at Cwmcarn yesterday and it did get me thinking

I use corrugated plastic protection sheets like Antinox.

They are 2.4m x 1.2m, tough, waterproof and cheap.

I cut fold them at the front and edges and use duct tape to retain them.

This keeps all the mud/dust and wet from escaping and can be removed and washed off.

Thanks for that - hadn't heard of it Is it something you'd leave in permanently or put in when needed?
