has anyone upgraded their system to the Kenwood KNX516? We have a 2017 Kombi Highline and wondered if it is worth the extra money.

If its the one im thinking of I Was at a VW dealer a few days ago and had a play with one. Looked pretty good. Their price was £1200 which is pretty pricy. Guess it would depend on what you could get if for aftermarket and if it integrated completely.

I've got a Kenwood DNX525 which is on 'VWs approved list' apparently. It's nothing special really I only use it for radio, CD, satnav and reverse parking sensor picture. Sound is ok through factory speakers. UI takes some getting used to as its not that easy. Biggest issue is it takes about 2 mins to boot up when you first turn the key.
Sat nav is ok but has very little displayed when on nav screen, I'd like distance and travel time remaining etc and currently there is no obvious way of displaying it.

Strangle enough I took a cd out of it tonight and realised I have never tried! I will take 1 out with me tonight when I go to pick my daughter up from work and report back.
