Kitchen Sinks - Best makers

There seems to be expertise on most issues here so I thought it worth seeking opinions on the off chance that there might be any kitchen fitters or those who have had kitchens fitted recently. We're probably having some granite worktops fitted in the near future (replacing the crappy Howdens chipboard and melamine ones which is another story!). As a result, we will be in the market for a new sink / drainer unit (and taps). Neither of us are fans of 'inset' sinks (or whatever they're called) and we have decided to go for a conventional stainless steel unit with bowl and drainer on the left hand side. The purspose of this post is to seek opinions on who makes the best or, at least, good ones. As a starting point, the firm that we're likely to be getting the worktops from had a sink/drainer by a firm called SCHOCK as part of their display - it looked quite smart and the steel that it was made of was visibly thicker than usual but it did come at a comparatively high price (over £900). We had a FRANKE tap and sink combo in our previous kitchen which also seemed to be good quality. Any other suggestions and comments would be much appreciated.

Had Blanco Stainless steel and taps. Upgraded to Blanco composite offerings and matching taps when changed worktops. Seem ok. And like pull out taps.

Franke, Blanko, Ikea and Grohe all good. Grohe or Hansgrohe taps are great. I’d really recommend a Quooker boiling tap too. Expensive but awesome.
