as it says what colour is the kombi side windows ? are they classed as tinted or green, looking to match the rear quarter glass as good as I can

I would go for genuine vw rear glass if that's possible to match the codes on your rear side doors, that way you know there going to be the same, especially as there side by side. in my experience with tinted glass and clear float glass for that matter it is all different shades depending on whose glass it is and where it has been floated. Sad as i and i can spot different clear glass by its shade and the way it cuts 
. I imagine the conversion guys will no more ? The glass in the side rears of my van is a dark bronze tint all with vw stamped conformity. They probably have their own plant making all the vehicle glass knowing them.

I added rear windows to my Highline Kombi a few weeks ago, they were done by Van Window Specialists at Castleford. VWS were unable to obtain matching green privacy tint for the Highline Kombi so I had to go to the Van Centre at Cleckheaton to buy them, VWS were that able to fit for me the same day. The gent in the parts department at Cleckheaton was more than helpful, I would recommend him for parts supply.

2x genuine green tint rear quarter windows purchased today from tps Shrewsbury vw Audi trade part specialists £68.62 each + vat total. £159.89 very happy with that price 
Had my rear quarter windows fitted last night , I ordered original green tint glass as was told that's what it was so never opened the packaging just let mark the fitter do them, he only reversed the end of the van into workshop so wouldn't of noticed the differnt shade ffs looked at it this morning to my horror it don't match up I've got 2 options now I either have the lot tinted or buy (original green privacy tint which I wasn't told existed @ £124.09+vat each and try return the others that have been fittedQuestion how much will it cost to tint the 4 rear side windows ? Or just the 2 rear quarters

just read your post about green privacy tint just thought it was green tint oh well I've f**ked up got to either tint them or refit green privacy
To tint the two rear quarters should be around the £50-£60 mark, but getting a film to match the exact colour will be tricky. I measured the visible light transmitted through mine before I tinted them and it was 35%. What about a mirror film(or similar) on the rears?. Would that avoid the effort of matching tints?.
However, If it was me I wouldnt be happy untill it was right and put this up for forum thread experience..

But as you say I won't be happy till the windows are a perfect match so the rear quarters will be removed to make way for green privacy tint , then may go darker tint in the future.I havnt cut any corners on cost so might aswel do it right and be happy with the end result
Just had a quote to do 4 side windows and rear hatch £195 if I go to them or £250 if they come to me only 30 miles away, think might replace the glass for green privacy tint, it's my best option for perfect match, thanks for the advice m8
@andythom188 whonyoubusing tobsupy / fit. @£200 odd quid, i would get mine done now, before it goes to absolute to get the interior done (carpeting, lining, insulation)
The quote to tint all 4 side windows and rear hatch was local to me well 30 miles away telford I see you are in Silverstone so bit out of your way

Mate I have made loads of them with VW's..
Still got a massive box of T5 parts..lol
The T6 boxs isnt that big...yet!..is already got a lower grille, seat covers etc and few other misordered parts..

just reordered the privacy quarter glass from tps shrewsbury collection any time from Tuesday onwards so gives me time to find someone cheaper to remove the current green tint quarters and fit new privacy, I will get there in the end
