I've searched but can find what I'm looking for? I have t5 with homemade bulkhead opening flap. I fold the middle seat, this allows me to fit 3 tier ladder and my 6 tread steps. However, the bulkhead does not follow the contour of the seats, so I lose around a foot of valuable space in the rear( I use for work). I like the fixed vw bulkhead, but this would stop ladder access. I've ordered a new van, chap who does ply-lining, said he can't make the bulkhead on an angle. So im thinking off buying the moulded one piece and cutting out a section, which can somehow be replaced after use. Has anyone ever tried this? or has any other solution?....i don't want a roof rack
