Kombi seats or Triple RnR bed wanted

Looking for experiences of with full width beds or kombis with bed systems.

I have a T32 LWB 4 motion panel van, that I'm converting, and need to achieve three belted seats in the rear and have a full width bed. I need to transport 5 adults occasionally, but only need it to sleep 2 .

Having converted 3 vans with side kitchen and 3/4 beds, I want to try a wider bed this time.

I'm wondering whether to go full width RnR bed, ideally with slider, or kombi seats with ovano /40 winks or similar.

Price is a consideration but not the be all and end all .

I also want the option of a small pod for kettle and a bit of storage, as will be doing majority of cooking outside .

Any experiences of this set up or product suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

This is exactly what I've done.

I first started out with a rear kombi triple and an Ovano bed system. It worked wonderfully for about 2 years in that setup! The rear storage was brilliant, and the capacity to carry 5 in comfort was great! The major downsides for us was that there was no room to move inside the van when parked up either at camp or just out for the day.

We then swapped both the triple seat and ovano out for a full width Rusty Lee R&R bed. This has given us a really comfortable bed, 3 seats and loads of space inside to move around when its raining. Obviously less space when the beds out, but still more floor space than the kombi seat setup. Biggest downside/regret with this setup is lack of rear storage space. Although we have now cracked how to pack the van and changed a few things like seats so the van packs up more efficiently. A bed on rails would solve this issue, but then you loose the ability to have any cupboards/fridge space.

Once mines back from having it's poptop done, I'll post a pic of our setup!
