For those who love hiking, there is a great campsite in the Lake District - Langdale valley and you can hike loads of routes straight from the campsite.
We stayed in a Tent-tipi that you can hire there with internal log burner.
The location for the tipi's and the location for campers looks straight at the Langdale Pikes mountains and Bow Fell.
There are areas that are a bit more secluded and others that are less so, but overall a nice campsite and in a great location! The pub is less than 2mins walk! Another restaraunt down the lane that has an outside pizza oven as well!
