Lashing point captive nuts

I’m in the process of changing a panel van into a Kombi van. On fitting the lashing points I’ve found that two of the points don’t have captive nuts. Just a hole and a bung. I will be fitting a Kombi style bed to the points so I need to sort both of them out. Before I take off the trays/trims, can I buy the required the captive nuts or shall I just use a standard washer/nut?

Here is what they look like. If accessible then a washer and nut will be fine (and a squirt of cavity wax!)

If you have someone to go underneath and hold the spanner, I’m sure a regular nut and washer is fine. Otherwise, a captive one means you can do the job on your own.

Ok cheers for the info. Yes I could do with fitting something as I may need to take the bed out from time to time. Don’t want to be taking the trays off each time. If anybody knows if they’re available as spares let me know. Cheers. They’re not folded out of the way I don’t think. It’s a new van and it came like that for some reason. The other points had plastic bolts screwed into the nuts but two where just a hole.
