Hi

I have Led rear lamps and on one side n/s the brake light part has stopped working .

Does anyone know of a company or person that can repair it ?

The lamps were on the van when i bought it so I've no chance of sending them back under warranty

Many thanks

Lee

Are they OEM lamps, or aftermarket?

I’d probably say to try EM Tuning. Cost wise, it might work out cheaper to replace though.

Not sure if you are talking OEM or aftermarket but from what I’ve seen they are sealed units.
As it’s failed you don’t have much to loose if you want to have a go at it yourself, as @Ads_Essex points out labour charges will probably negate any point in paying for a repair plus return postage expense.
Alternatively pick up a secondhand light matching the part number you have.

Looking at a damaged OEM light that I have here, there's no way of separating the unit to get at the innards to replace/repair anything.

Can you post a picture of your lights?

Thanks for the replies guys.
I'll attach a photo .
The lamps are after market and your right that they are completely sealed.
I don't want to have a go myself as I'm too heavy handed it wouldn't end well .
Looks like its going to be a new set of lamps , shame really as they're nice

Try advertising the good one, there maybe somebody who has the same issue on the opposite side.

Update .....
I had a chat with an auto electrician who told me it would be very unlikely that the led strip would stop working and have a look at the connections behind .
Took the lamp off , gave the wires a wiggle and boom the brakes came on !
Thanks guys
