Wanted Left Upper B Pillar Trim With Handle

Hi, I am looking for an upper B pillar trim with handle for the right hand side (passenger side).

If anybody has such a thing please message me.

I think these were Shuttle & Caravelle-only items, which because of the thicker B-pillar trim means they will sit very proud or need modifying to fit

does anyone know if it's easy to install the B pillar grab handles as found on the caravelle to a kombi (twin slider)? If so any idea on part numbers and price? Cheers
