LH mirror antenna

Is the antenna in the LH mirror for DAB FM or both?
I broke my mirror off and resorted to cutting the cable to take the damaged mirror off so I could get home without thinking.
Looks like the replacement mirror has no antenna.
Not sure how successful repairing antenna cable is :-(

If you have a 6.1 I posted the diagram of the multitude of antenna they have over in this thread.

One thing to remember is that they do not swap sides for right hand drive - so when reading VW references any reference to "driver" will tend to mean the left of a UK vehicle so double check that.

Hi, A while ago I knocked of my drivers side wing mirror on my t6.1. I replaced it with an aftermarket from eBay but it vibrates when driving making it hard to use. Looking for a used t6.1 drivers side wing mirror seems like a non starter but there are quite a few t6 wing mirrors available...
