Lining fixing removal

My new-to-me (2016) van came with the interior part-lined, but I don't know what's behind it and would like to take a look. The panels are secured with these fixings (I'm not sure what they're called). Is there a special tool to take these out or is it just a torx set / allan key that's required? Thanks

I use an allen key to make a small gap to allow a trim tool to fit between the 2 parts of the clip then just pop it out.

Using a no.10 woodscrew in your hand, thread it in to the centre hole while pulling out.

Hands down quickest and simplest way to remove these.
