Lithium battery dead after installing shunt

Hey all,
Need a bit of help please.

I have a 100ah lithium battery being charged by a ctek, running a compressor fridge, usb sockets and led lights etc. and a 170w solar panel.
Been running months with no issues, fridge on constantly and never drained or dropped below 13v.

I installed a Renogy battery monitor shunt 2 days ago and seemed to be working fine. Came out to my van yesterday morning and everything had died and battery was completely drained.

Any ideas how???
What have I done wrong

Thanks in advance.

I think folks could only reasonably help if we can see some pictures of the complete install and wiring?

Are you sure that the battery is dead - if you installed a shunt then that should have interrupted the ground connection from the battery you are monitoring so given it's so close to fitting I'd have thought it more likely that a fault in the new shunt or new wiring has disconnected the battery ground? Have you reinstated the old wiring (so bypassing the shunt) to test?
