I park my van tight against a fence and exit through the passenger door. Over the last 6/7 years in my T5 I’ve had the misfortune of having a flat battery. With the T5 I could unlock the tailgate and climb through and open the bonnet. With the T6 Kombi there’s not that option, and the passenger side has no lock in the handle. I’ve fitted a ‘quick connect lead to the battery and cable tied it to the grille next to the windscreen wiper, but I was thinking how easy would it be to buy a handle with a cylinder to fit to the passenger door?
