Looking for better front speakers

Hi!

I have a caravelle t6 from July 2016,from Europe.

I really want a better sound (not more powerful, just much better).

I saw many models on internet. But I don't have any knowledge in this domain.

Do you have some advices to choose a good models of speakers for the front doors and for the side of the windshield?
I need something easy to install too. And I can order in Europe.

Do you know if the Alpine spc-108t6 is a good choice?

You'll need an 8" compo.
Multiple plug and play models available (if you are are to dismantle door cards and are capable to drill rivets).
I have a Musway set Musway - CSVT8.2C
Plays well directly from the radio amp
