Hi All,
New member here so I hope this is in the right place and I did do a quick search so hopefully I’m not asking something which has already been addressed.
Recently purchased my first VW (2019 T6).
Shortly after purchasing the van I had an Audio shop swap the standard head unit for an apple car play unit. Following this there was a rattle behind the dash which sounded like a screw rolling around. I took it back to the shop who were adamant they hadn’t dropped any screws.
A few weeks of looking and some digging by a different mechanic and they found the screw pictured sliding around under the bottom of the dash near the windscreen.
My question is does anyone recognise the screw and where should be mounted?
Any help would be appreciated.
