Hi
I hire my van out and it’s come back today with marks on the fabric where it’s been put away incorrectly- looks like they pulled the top down without putting the bed board down first so the fabric got caught up and one of the clips has rubbed against the fabric seemingly rubbing off the inner layer and marking both sides.
Does anyone know if you can repair this and either way, what would you suggest I ask for from the renter? Is it fair wear and tear or would I be justified in asking for some compensation?
