Wonder if anyone can help. I've built a sofa bed for the van and need a couple of mattresses or cushions for it. Wondering if anyone can recommend any shops or sites that can do custom sizes that won't break the bank. Although I do want them to be comfy so if i need spend then so be it!

IKEA mattresses are very comfortable. You can pick up a 2nd hand sofa bed for next to nowt. I've butchered one, recycled the frame at the tip and now have a perfect mattress for £20

Thanks, I only needed 1.2m by 40cm. What arrived was perfect, cut to size, Dacron topper and in netting to make it easier to cover. Approx £30.
