MFD (MFA) Activation in 860 S Instruments Panel

Hello everybody, i need to activate MFD,
I have outboard temperature and service counters on display. New light and wiper selector with Cruise control and MFD are installed (Cruise for the future, wires to BCM and Engine ECU not connected yet, but wires for MFD connected) VAG code: 7E0953507C 9B9.
Time for coding at now.
I tried to set bit №3 in Byte №1 to "1" in 17-Instruments, but VCDS said Error 31 : Request out of range.
Does anyone know how to fix it?
I have read a lot off reports of successful activation, nobody mentioned a problem.

Can you redo the VCDS scan - interested to see what was the actual coding change?

Good to hear that the coding was successful. Yes indeed, the change is in the byte №1 bit № 3. Just remains the question why the VCDS didn't do that - a communication glitch perhaps

Any pictures of your MFD before/after the change . Any more details to share? Links to other websites?

What did you change in the BCM?

Never seen the radio you have so can't help there . Far fetched but just thinking if module 75: Telematics (1K8 035 284, Online Connectivity Unit) needs to communicate with the radio or other way round... Anyways the faults in both modules are intermittent so not easy to catch .

Before change in the center of display you can see only outboard temperature, after coding see photos and in additional "Empty Space in tank in litters" (Photos not mine, report from another car for eg. Установка и активация БК на Морожке — бортжурнал Volkswagen Polo Hatchback Морожка 2011 года на DRIVE2 (Rus Lang)).
In BCM added:
1) Auto-Locking doors in moving
2) Auto-unlocking when ignition key removing
3) Mirrors heating enabling with rear window heating
4)Horn without ignition
About module 75, it's venajan "SOS-Button", in self-testing with voice system said "Crash-sensors is OK" May-be its connected to radio, because it's using microphone and speaker, wich in upper side of console (above radio)
Cruise controll activation in future... But not on winter, too cold)
