merry Xmas all ...

I’ve changed dodgy H4 bulbs for Nighteye LED bulbs, made adjustments so no dazzling of anyone and all good ......

apart from moisture in near side headlight ... is there anyway that the rear covers of the headlights can be fitted or has anyone any pics of how they have done so ....

So in order to fit your LED bulbs, have you left the bulb cover off the rear if the lights (for fan/heatsink clearance)?

Could it be that the LEDs don’t generate enough heat to evaporate off the moisture?

To fit the leds they are longer than standard so have to leave the covers off back and also they have the little fans on

Thought as much. They usually have a big metal heatsink or fan on the back to keep them cool.

You could try getting a second set of covers (from someone disposing of a set of H4 headlights) and moding them to fit.

Perhaps cutting a hole in the cover and bonding an dish/bowl shape onto them that will clear the fan?
