As @Chippie1 as mentioned it’s for behind the second row, perfect to separate the boot space from the cabin

My van is already lined with carpet on ceiling and sides all the way to the back door so I am guessing this would all have to be removed in order to fit this bulkhead ?

Definitely not, would just fit over the top and secured with a few self tapping screws, really easy fit
