MPG pleasing!

Pootling around Ireland’s rural backroads and being pleasantly surprised by my MPG. Wondering whether the diesel, like the Guinness, is of a better quality over here. Thought I saw B9 on the standard fill pump…but don’t think B9 exists as a diesel - just B7 and, in some countries B10 (it’s % bioethanol content I believe). Anyway, I’ve never had MPG like this in the UK.

Don’t be fooled the “MPG 1” reading is only of your current trip. Press the button on the steering wheel to get the “MPG 2” reading. This is the long term average. We had the short term average up at 60mpg when we left The Alps after skiing, we descended around 2000m over about 40miles, most of it was coasting downhill. It soon came down when we hit the flat.
