N/S Mirror blind spot

Hi to everyone. I'm a 2015 T6 SWB owner. Help...I'm starting to get paranoid about my Nearside blind spot having nearly pulled into some #### overtaking on the inside on the M25. Any thoughts on aftermarket one piece mirrors?.
