Nationwide Crash Repairs?

Hi,
Anyone had a experience of Nationwide Crash Repairs? Deer ran into us at 60mph, loads of broken plastic, grill, plastic under grill, fog light and washer bottle shattered. Also bent AC radiator. No metal bodywork damage, bumper a bit indented. Insurance recommend repairer, but looking at reviews it doesn't look like a great company.

They are like every other national company, there are good ones and bad ones

If it's the Leeds depot, avoid.

Not Leeds. Booked in to Lakeside, but away from home at moment.

If you are under warranty still then I would insist they use a vw approved body shop . I use a insurance company repairer and when the rear parking sensors played up it was not covered so had to get it all fitted correctly by VW dealer.
Its the AC part of the work I would be worried about If under warranty still . Hope it all goes ok.

Cheers. AC working. Think I'll put it through with Nationwide and cross my fingers. As it is drivable and we are on holiday I'm going to have to wait a while before putting it in. Meantime gaffer tape holding up well!
