I’m looking into buying a T6, I was looking at transits but they didn’t really excite as much as a VW does. I will be using the van for my bike and from time to time having an electric wheel chair in the back.
I’m after a Kombi as I need rear seats to take everyone. I’m a complete novice and have no idea what the models are etc.
My main issue is I’m wanting something that’s reliable and will hold its value fairly well. I’ll be buying a second hand one but want to know what models to stay away from. Somebody mentioned that the bi-turbo engines have issues and to stay well clear. I take it not all engines are bi-turbo?
I’ll be looking at fairly new models, 16/17 plate onwards with low mileage.
Also in general are the T6 reliable vehicles?
Any advice would be very much appreciated!
