New head unit fitted today

Had the basic head unit replaced today. Very impressed with the result. Apple carplay now and all factory functions retained.

Mobile Modifications£220 fitted by these guys in Halifax, West Yorkshire. They also do supply only including all wiring harness and canbus box, trim tool and torx 20 screwdriver. All factory functions retained wireless apple carplay.

Can't argue with that for the money but no SD card and no DAB rules it out for me but that's the same with most of the android units. Thanks for posting.

I think you can add dab and yup could always use a usb SD card reader

If your phone is plugged in, use the radio app. BBC Sounds etc.

Just ordered mine along with the dab module (he added it last night). Will report back on self install
