New Koni Shocks, Steering wheel off centre!

Just had Koni Active Shocks & H&R -40mm Springs fitted by local garage, The steering wheel is now slightly off centre to the right. Garage says this will be rectified when tracking is done! Booked in for Tracking Friday at wheel/tyre place, are they right or is this something they should put right before Tracking is checked/adjusted?

They are correct. Just make sure you tell the garage doing the tracking that the wheel is off centre so they clamp it straight before adjusting
