I recently joined the forum and I immediately i thought go straight for the vip bit , as what better way to get to know you all as I'll be picking your brains and probably bleed you all dry from the invaluable knowledge that you guys and girls have when it comes to the T6 in any shape or form. No bedtime stories I promise ,but I used to be a milkman back in the day and that's when I bought my first transporter brand new from York VW ,it was a T4 1.9 to 800 special in red, lovely colour and I ordered it with twin side loading doors to use for my job. Fantastic van it was just like driving a car, very reliable and very efficient on fuel however as my milk round got bigger unfortunately I had to let her go. I'm now back with a vengeance she was always in my memory. Now I'm nearly 60 and recently cashed a pension in ,what better way to spend it and buy a carravelle as I've always really fancied one not new though I'm not rich but ideally T6 16 to 19 plate and executive and 4 motion if possible. Any advice is greatly appreciated from you all. Thank you.
