newbie needing help with ply lining companies

we are newbies and have started our conversion - sound deadening and insulation. we are looking for recommendations for ply lining companies who pre drill the replacement ply prob 3.6mm so that we can use the holes already in place and using hidden plastic plugs once carpeted etc..

If you look on eBay there’s loads of cnc’d ply kits pre drilled (and carpeted if required) for not a lot of money
