So I know it's a van but should it be that noisy..?? I have a T6.1 T32 Kombi on H&R 40mm lowering springs I run 20" in the summer and 17" in the winter and the noises I get and squeaking and creaking at most speeds.
I have had the tracking checked and everything else is fine I am just getting a lot of noise which I believe is from the suspension.

Can anyone help?

Where are you ? , We aren't big fans of fitting springs alone with standard shocks because of the poor ride quality BUT it shouldn't make noises at all

Things to check
Front
Drop links Very common
ARB D bushes on the front roll bar More a thud than clang however .
Top shock mounts and rubbers also common

Rear end
lower rubber spring seat on the swing arms ( LCA s ) , very common issue , incorrect top spring rubber fitted, should be the big rubber pad not a small diameter one often sold after market .

Are the H&R springs specific for a T6.1 ( part number 29270-7 ) if not the spring will move in the seat at the bottom of the front shocks . School boy error by the supplier the part numbers for these are 29270- 1 - 2 - 3 -4

cant think of anything else except stuff left loose ???
