OBD 11 DSG milage vs odometer

HI,

Just got an OBD11 tool to do a DSG reset and checked the transmission millage and it's showing really high, so I'm wondering if someone has done an odometer re-set or something on it.

dash shows 89,000km van is 2017

transmission milage shows 409,755km

driving strategy transmission milage- total driving time, shows 418,743km

Also a fault U112100 databuss missing massage at 328,299km but the date for it is 2049-12-27

current dash milage plus the fault U112100 milage gets us to the 418,000 figure, but the other transmission milage figure is different so not sure whats going on there.

The van doesn't seem like it has that many k's on it, so I'm wondering if something funny is going on or have I been screwed. I changed the DSG fluid a while back and it was clear, DSG works fine apart from an initial lag going into drive for the first time when cold and slightly jerky downshifting when cold, after a few minuets of driving it's smooth.

I guess I'm just wondering if these figures are it and I've bought something thats been tampered with, or is there another possible explanation.

Any help is much appreciated.

The fault code date 2049-12-27 is just an OBDeleven conversion error.

Please post full DSG info - OBDeleven > Control units > Transmission > Info.
Even more details can be found under Advanced identification.

In the DSG memory (OBDeleven Live data) there are quite a few date and time stamps - e.g. below as in plain text. OBDeleven seems to have renamed and possibly grouped them differently.
  • Mechatronic identification-Baudatum
  • Mechatronic identification-Construction version
  • Production data transmission-Getriebekennbuchstabe
  • Production data transmission-Getriebekennbuchstabe
  • Internal odometer
  • Run time
They are possibly hidden/grouped under e.g. "Mechatronic identification" and "Production data".

Also a quite accurate total running time estimate (as a second opinion) for the DSG can be extracted by summing up e.g. Operating time of Clutch 1 in temperature in (all) ranges 1, 2, 3, 4

Besides the above also number of driving cycles, number of ignition cycles, number gear engagements (for all gears separately) are recorded in the memory.
