OE speaker wiring / diagrams – questions!

Having looked at the Radio wiring diagram (41 Radio system_Final.pdf) I've got a few questions.

1. Rear speakers are wired via a 10 pin plug under the left and right seats. Will the wiring between the brown 8pin plug at the back of the stereo and this plug be in place if no rear speakers were fitted at factory?
2. Where the front tweeter wires are branched off from the front bass wires (connections: B189, B190, B191, B192), is the connection permanently made (soldered/other permanent connection) or is there some sort of plug?
3. Is the above connection easily accessible?

There will be no wiring there for the rear speakers. The front tweeters are spliced somewhere inside the wiring loom, there is no plug.

Thanks Deaky. I assume the rear wires will be there from the headunit to the brown 8 pin plug?

No the headunit terminals will be empty, you need to run the new speaker cables all the way to the dash and connect into the quadlock on the back of the headunit
