OEM Reverse Camera: what diameter cable?

Just in the middle of purchasing a genuine reverse camera for my T6 Highline (Tailgate) and VW TPS has asked what diameter size cable loom I require? Can some one help me please! Apologies this is my first post.

I guess they want to know if your vehicle is Long Wheel Base or Short Wheel Base. And the actual question is not about loom diameter but length?
