One Piece Roof Sag

I’m busy fitting in theory a once piece roof.

When I got the roof up there’s a slight sag in the middle, any ideas how to get around this and support it?

The tension in the roof normally supports it. How did you fasten it round the edges?

@Skyliner33 I’m actually using the clips I seen yourself post in the forum.

The issue is that it’s heavier than normal as it’s basically 2x 3.6mm ply on top of eachother so I could make it a one piece.

My only thoughts are you have mad it a few mm too narrow, so there isnt enough tension and the middle can sag. Do you have a pic installed? I cant think of a solution at the moment.

@Skyliner33 I don’t unfortunately as it’s back out the van.

I’ve checked it against the old roof and is the same width, my only idea is to Sikaflex it to the metal cross beams for support.
