I'm currently looking at a choice of 2 different 20" alloy wheels.
One set has a centre bore of 65.1 and so is a direct fit and 8.5J all round.
The other set is 72.6 and so would need spigot rings and a staggered set, 8.5J front and 10J rear.
Im wondering if there is any downside to using spigot rings compared to wheels with the correct cb.
Also are there any other disadvantages to a staggered setup, apart from having to get 2 different sizes of tyres and not being able to rotate the wheels (eg when need new tyres on the front the new tyres would be rotated to the back and the older, worn rears to the front)?
TIA
