Sold Outdoor Revolution Oxygen Porchlite

I found this awning whist clearing out my in-laws Motorhome before it's put up for sale.

I've no idea if it can be used for a T6, because it might be for a Caravan or Motorhome.
They purchased it from the NEC a few years ago for £400, and as you can see, it's never been out the wrapper. I don't want to remove it from it's wrapper incase someone wants it like that.
I guess £100 is a fair price?
