Following on from another thread re storing a Disklok I thought I would ask if anyone had modified or tweaked their Ovano system to meet their needs. Any additions, bolt ons, tips for loading out. Tips for use.

These seem very very popular for obvious reasons

I quickly set up a golf umbrella holder. Not quite Bentley door pocket but handy if like me you get fed up with them rattling around. Concept seems to work so will improve and make it his n hers double barrel, call it the DAC (Dave and Ansell Collins … now there’s a track!)

My kombi bed system is DIY opposed to Ovano, but I too have added storage for 2 golf umbrellas, and also S+S awning poles, dustpan and brush and various elastic pockets for miscellaneous items. Currently working on a cable reel for the hook up cable so that is easily to hand on arrival to site. Oh, and I've incorporated a spirit level to facilitate getting level.

looking good, makes my bit of waste pipe look a little heath robinson

where did you pick up hex board?

I used phenolic ply previously but wasn't impressed with finish

Nothing wrong with waste pipe - version 1 featured exactly that!

I sourced the hex board from Lathams Timber.

I really like the base cover for the single chair, do you have any more details, also how did you fix it to the chair?

Hi @Kev.O , it's secured at the rear to the kombi bed system, then secured to the single seat using an existing hole in the foott using a well nut (rubber tube with threaded insert that expands on the opposing side). It's been profiled so as to not clash when tilting the seat forward and I've routed the reverse where the elastic is thread through so as to avoid items catching when loaded. I wanted to keep the step area clear, but you could opt to extend over the step for further storage. I note you're in Bristol, so you're welcome to come and take a look - just send me a DM.
