As if I've not had enough trouble with DPDLocal.....
PACKLINK.....an Internet search engine if you need to send a parcel, based in Spain.
You input your parcel details into their search and it throws out options with various providers like UPS, DPD, Interlink etc.
You select the service you like, pay and the parcel is collected by the nominated courier.
2 months later, we get an email from Packlink and subsequent debit on the bank account saying the parcel exceeded the carriers limits, even though that's what you inputted correctly. No come back, they just take the money from your account.
Then 2 days later, they then again debit my account a further £4.99 with no explanation. Frantic calls to bank to get them blocked.
Go direct to a courier you trust.
