Anyone know how to send a parcel from London to Scotland the package is 152x17x8cm all the couriers I have found do not take parcels of that length they state max 100 -120cm

Have you tried parcelforce via the post office?

Evri, parcelforce, DX. All will take items when longer than that.

Tried them but was coming up at £42 odd which I thought was very expensive.

Strange. I send fishing rods all over the country via parcelforce tracked insured 24 hr delivery for around £13
