Part numbers that begin with 7e and 7h are they the same?

The first 2 digits refer to chassis or platfom.

If only it was that simple !!
The simple answer is no and you cant be sure either way, generally they are different but sometimes it's the same part for a different model, not helpful I know but it's how it is
