PDC holes in bumper

Ok so I have holes in front and back bumpers for the sensors for parking assist, my question is does anyone have the sensor and sensor clip part numbers?
I won't be wiring it up I just want to neatly blank the holes.

The main 4 are the same on the rear but if you have side/park assist the 2 extras on the side are different

GRU on the end of the part number means it comes primed ready for paint

There are blanks available if your not going to wire them
Not a VW part but one of the Audi cars uses them if you have a search around, could prob glue or bond a blank in place ?
