Phone connection issue

I’ve just got an ex rac van, my phone connects to it fine via Bluetooth, the music plays and I have imported my phone contacts. My issue is though that I can’t use my phone to ring anyone through it, it just rings as normal through the phone but not the radio. Any ideas please as this is driving me mad!!

Double check on your phone what services it thinks it is registered for on Bluetooth - phone calls and media are different services.

For instance this is my (Android 13) connection to my 6.1 head unit
