T5.1 2012. Came back to the van after being parked up for a couple of hours and it’s cried a sad river of coolant.

Can anyone see from this YT video what the source of the leak could be?

Coolant tank is empty. Trying to work out where it’s come from… bottom of coolant tank is dry, some wetness on the cooling fan motor. Underneath coolant dripping from some electrical conduit but it’s flowing down from somewhere higher up.

Recently (November 2024) had the oil cooler replaced after the gasket failed and it dropped all the coolant.

AA are here now. Chap put some pressure in it and there’s a nice little spray from the oil cooler area upwards.

It's never going to be possible to diagnose from the video, a burst radiator is a possibility, but no more than that.
Edit- I was obviously typing as you were, seems like you're on the way to identifying the cause of it, hope it's not a major issue.
