Pop Top Hold Down

Hi there, I have noticed that i cannot secure my PopTop down firmly as lifts at the front, i have been given straps to strap down however is it normal for the front to be loose and is there a better solution?

what sort of pop-top do you have? "Loose" definitely doesn't sound right

It should be very tight but this should be achievable with straps as that’s the way campers have been doing it for years.

Can you post some pictures so we can see what’s wrong?
