Pop Top = more wind noise?

I have a skyline poptop. (It’s a new van so not used to driving with a poptop).
Do they (pop tops in general) create more wind noise and buffeting at motorway speeds?

Yeh they are a bit noisier. But not too bad.
I bought a rubber deflector strip that i fitted above the windscreen.
I made it the same length as the poptop so it extends over the roof gutters both sides.
I then siliconed a bit of foam pipe insulation into the gutters to fill the square holes either side.
I then burnt drain holes into the foam by torching a nail and pushing it through the foam at the bottoms to let the water out.
It’s made a big difference and is worth the hassle.

Depends on the pop-top. I have a HiLo and, to my ears, it's no noisier than a van without a pop-top.

Totally dependant on which roof & how well it's been fitted. It can vary between horrendous to quieter than a standard non-poptop roof.
