pop top space

Hi people,

Difficult one to explain and I understand there are different brands of pop top but does anyone know how much space there is between the underneath/interior of the pop top and the top of the pop top mattress when it is in the down/closed position? i.e. would I be able to lay sleeping bags out flat to save on space in the camper itself.

I have an SCA 194 at the moment. I can fit the window shades between the mattress and ceiling when the roof is closed. I've tried a duvet up there but the roof won't close. I can fit the duvet up there if I remove the mattress.

Window shades - yes
Very thin summer sleeping bags - yes but they do leave some imprint into the roof at the corners
or where not perfectly flat.
Duvet/thick sleeping bags - no.

We also have an SCA 194 not really any room for anything else with the roof closed.

We have thin duvets and can roll them up and put them in pillow cases these then get stored on top of the back part of the RIB bed.
