I'm new to the scene and just about to invest the first of many thousands on my T6.... my question is are there any views out there on which way to go ? Reimo / Skyline / SCA ?

My own preference out of those listed would be the SCA, it seems to be a tidier roof than the other two, the skyline is a lot cheaper and I've never heard a bad word against it. Another worth considering would be the Hilo roof

There are loads of threads on this already. Here is the most recent.
Pop Roof, which one?
You will read I did a little trip around a few companies. My advice is use this site to maybe rule out a few or rule in some but before investing your cash go and see the company doing the work, ideally a fitted roof by them and also any potential lids you think may be suitable. Only then will you really know which one.

I will also add a pop top is a lot of money and you only really want to cut one hole in your van. Fuel and time to travel around is nothing compared to the cost of a pop top or even pop top rectification.

I have gone for an Austops again. As most people will say again and again, its the fitter and not the roof thats the most important part. Reimo, SCA and Austops are, as i'm aware, the only ones TUV approved. If its good enough for VW, then it will be good for me. I drove from Glasgow to Halifax to have my roof fitted as I was recommended the fitter, he comes highly rated.

Will be picking the van up next week and will post some pics of the roof.

I fitted an sca roof to my last bus..awesome quality and a high price but as said its all down to the fitting.
To be honest I prefer the the profile of the austops and so Im having one fitted to my T6..Im going to be trimming myself as Im so fussy!

I'm in the midlands, I'm having the van done by a well known conversion company but I have to make a decision on the roof soon and I've got it down to the three brands, suppose I just looking for that final push to one of them
Have a look at Custom Campers Halifax, James' work is top notch.

We have LWB and had our conversion done in Shrewsbury. Had the SCA pop top fitted. Very happy. Very neat and maintains original height of van. Also Fiamma fit neatly and looks good. If you have SWB then there is a newer version of the bed (I think it's to do with base) that is superior to the older version. Unfortunately we didn't have this option as the LWB was only available in the older version.
