PVC Panels

Afternoon All,
Has anyone tried making replacement interior panels from anything other than ply?
The reason I ask is, I work with hygienic pvc panelling its 2.5mm solid pvc.
Relatively flexible and easy to clean. could potentially be installed direct or even adhered to ply.

I looked for options other than carpet for my van. I’m sure there would be plenty of interest if a viable alternative appeared.

Yes, carpet isn't ideal if used fir bikes, dogs, kids etc. Would love to see other options

Rad. My T6 arrives on Friday. So I'll mirror one of the panels in PVC and show you the result.
I can get hold of it in 30 different colours and thermoform it (straight lines only) so could be pretty decent.

Also, do quite a bit of Altro style safety flooring.

We'll my van T6 arrived, so I made a gloss black sliding door panel.
What do ya' reckon? Could do with some black fixings, I know.
