Our Opinion:-
A very close copy of the Dometic RC1200 3 way chest fridge. Offering the same capacity and flexibility but at a more competitive price.
This is a fridge so will maintain an internal temperature.
The Quest Atlantic 3 way chest fridge offers the same 3 way operation. Operating off a Gas Cylinder, Propane or Butane (subject to purchasing a gas hose and regulator to suit the Gas Cylinder you intend to use). it has spark ignition & 3 settings. On 230v Electric via a 13Amp plug and by 12v DC by plugging into a cigarette type socket in your car. Remember like all camping/Caravan Fridges the Fridge will not cool if plugged directly into a 12v supply. There is no thermostat on the 12v circuit. It is only designed to maintain a temperature if the fridge has been pre-cooled on 230v or Gas operation. This is the same for all caravan Fridges.
A reliable 3 way chest fridge that will take 2L bottles standing up, and can make Ice with the supplied supplied cube tray. Works best on gas or 230v operation and will out perform any 12v/230v thermoelectric coolbox.
