Anyone know how to remove this bracket? I've undone all the Philips screws but it still won't budge I this the security bolts are holding it in place but without grinding them and causing damage I cant see how to remove them. Any ideas? Thanks.

The only true security bolts are those ones that the hex head shears off leaving a cone that is bugger to fit in vice grips.
For everything else there is a driver bit somewhere or vice grips and profanity.
